How Mobile iPhone Repair Appointments Work
If you have never booked mobile repair before, this walkthrough explains what happens from booking to completion, so there are no surprises on appointment day.
Step 1: Select Your Model And Time Slot
Start on the booking page, choose your iPhone model, and select an available appointment window. Available slots depend on schedule capacity and current bookings.
Step 2: Confirm Service Details
- Enter your contact info and service address.
- Review deposit amount and remaining balance expectations.
- Confirm you can be available during the selected appointment window.
Step 3: Pay Deposit And Secure Appointment
Your slot is secured after deposit payment. Deposit is non-refundable and is calculated as the greater of $15 or 10% of the repair total.
After successful booking, you receive confirmation details and your appointment number for tracking.
Step 4: Appointment Day And Live Tracking
- Be reachable and available at your selected location.
- Use your appointment number on the tracking page for status and ETA updates.
- Keep your phone charged and accessible for pre-repair checks.
Step 5: On-Site Repair And Final Payment
Most screen repairs are completed on-site in roughly 30 minutes. After the repair is confirmed complete, the remaining balance is collected based on your booking details.
You should receive final status confirmation and payment records after completion.
